Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product and this will not be included in your refund. 

As a Réalta customer, you're entitled to a 30-day return/exchange window once you receive your package. We do not provide free return shipping labels and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you would like to return an item simply post it to:

Please include a note with the following information in your returning package: your full name or order number describing if you would like a refund or exchange. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working days, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase.

Our Irish and Europen orders are shipped express with DPD. Shipping takes around 4-6 working days and is fully tracked. 

Orders leaving the UK and entering the EU are subject to import taxes and charges in the destination country. Irish customers can expect a charge of around €9, including a €6.50 admin fee. These additional charges are not paid by Réalta and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

All UK orders are sent with 48-hour tracked delivery with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping time is 3-5 working days once dispatched by us, please allow 3 days for processing orders before they are shipped.
