Due to Royal Mail strikes please expect some delays with your orders. Orders going to NI seem to have a particularly long wait time, unfortunately.
I'm so sorry for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. I will do all I can to get your orders shipped as soon as possible but please note that Réalta is a one-woman team!
All orders come with a gift box and pouch. Orders will be packaged in the same box, if you would like multiple boxes please let me know by filling out the notes section during checkout. Similarly, if you're a long-time customer who has plenty of boxes already and don't require a box at all, please let me know in the notes section.
Shipping update for customers within the European Union (Including Ireland)
We are saying goodbye to using Royal Mail for our international orders after some crazy delays and unpredictable customs charges. Our international orders will now be shipped express with DPD. Shipping takes around 4 working days and is fully tracked. Orders leaving the UK and entering the EU are subject to import taxes and charges in the destination country. Irish customers can expect a charge of around €9 - this includes a €6.50 admin fee. These additional charges are not paid by Réalta and are the responsibility of the customer.
