Shipping

How long is shipping to the UK?

All UK orders are packed by our professional fulfilment team who operate 6 days a week. Your order will be sent with tracked delivery with Royal Mail/Amazon. Estimated shipping time is 2-3 working days once dispatched by us, please allow 1 working day for processing orders before they are shipped.

How long is shipping to Ireland & will I be charged customs?

Our Irish orders are packed and shipped by our professional fulfilment team who operate 6 days a week. Your order will be shipped express with AnPost. If you order before 1PM your order will arrive the next day, if you order after 1PM your order will arrive the day after that!

You will not be charged any customs fees.

How long is shipping to USA/AUS/UAE?

All International orders (USA, AUS, UAE, New Zealand etc) are sent with international tracked delivery with Royal Mail. Estimated shipping time is 12-15 working days once dispatched.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over £120/€140!

We will do our very best to get your package to you but please note that Réalta is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Address changes cannot be made once an order is placed, as dispatch occurs on the same day.

Returns

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we offer both refunds and exchanges. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order (60 days for the festive period). Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Simply head to our returns portal to create an exchange or return. Please note, sale items and earrings are non returnable.  

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days, after your return has arrived back to us. Please do not reach out to us to ask for an update on your return unless it arrived back to us more than 5 days prior and you have tracking to show this. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

How can I make a return?

Simply head to our returns portal to create an exchange or return. Please note, sale items are earrings are non returnable.

When will I receive my refund or exchange?

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days, after your return has arrived back to us. Please do not reach out to us to ask for an update on your return unless it arrived back to us more than 5 days prior and you have tracking to show this. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.

What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?

We’re sorry your item(s) have damage! Due to the fragile nature of jewellery, some items break during transit. We’ll do our best to help. Please email our team with an image of your damaged item for further assistance and include your order number,

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best we can!

Order editing and management

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact our customer service team at aoife@realtathelabel.com Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number into our tracking page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 12 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.

Can I edit or add anything to my order?

Once an order is placed, you have a short window of time to update your order and/or your shipping details on your confirmation page. Our warehouse packs orders very quickly,  so are unable to make changes to your order after it has been confirmed. Please take the time to reveiw your address before confirming your order. 

What do I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?

We are sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order. Réalta orders are packed by a team of professionals so this is a rare occurance. Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance. Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location. Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.

Also, please double-check the shipping address of your order (in the order confirmation email) to ensure it’s headed to the right location.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive. If you still are unable to locate the package 24 hours after it was marked as delivered, please reach out to the carrier.

Gift Boxes

Do you sell gift boxes?

Yes! Each Réalta order comes with one complimentary gift box which will be auto added to your cart. 

If you remove it, it will not be included in your order.

If you order multiple items, they will be sent in the same gift box. If you require additional gift boxes please add as many as you need to your basket!

We cannot know which items are meant as gifts, and which are for the buyer. We often have people buying up to ten items just for themselves. It would be unnecessary and unsustainable to send out ten gift boxes in this situation, that's why one box is sent as standard.
