As a Réalta customer, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item.

Important details to keep in mind:

  • Items marked "sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • If you're returning an item using your own shipping method, be sure to keep your tracking number.
  • Returns are typically processed within 5 working days of receipt, though this may take longer during busy periods.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please do not email for a return status update unless your tracking shows the package was delivered to us more than 7 days ago. Thank you for your patience!
