Beautiful bracelet but measures smaller than described

I would give this bracelet 5 stars for styling & quality. I have given 3 stars overall as I ordered a S/M based on it measuring 18cm according to the description. It is tiny. When it arrived I squeezed it on but there is no way i could actually wear it comfortably. I measured the bracelet and it is 16cm, maybe 16.5cm at a push. I messaged the company And sent a photo of the bracket with the measuring tape, asking could they send me an extra link as there is definitely one missing.
I was told my measurements, my photo and the fact that my bracelet was measuring so small were all false. That the manufacturers insisted it measured 18cm. Completely dismayed as to how that is possible considering I have the bracelet in my possession…so, I have had to take a link in a similar gold tone from another item of jewellery I own and add it to the bracelet with pliers. Happy enough now I suppose but it could have been handled so much better. I used to work in the fashion industry and QC on samples and product was a large and important part of my job as a designer. There doesn’t seem to be quality control in place here or an ability to query the manufacturer at all…

Thank you for your revew and I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the length of the bracelet. My supplier has advised that you should measure with the T bar at the starting line, rather then the O ring. I did offer to send you out the same size, plus the larger size free of charge so you could see if the larger size worked better. I haven't had any other complaints regarding the sizing which is why I believe that my supplier is correct with their measurements.

Nice but not worth the price tag

Lovely bracelet and will wear it to death but I just feel like the quality isn’t great for the price i paid for it. Feels like gumball machine jewellery. Lovely piece although should be a a lot cheaper

Thanks so much for your email and I'm so sorry you feel this way about the bracelet! I intentionally ensured that it was created to be super lightweight so it's comfortable to wear, as heavy jewellery tends to put people off.
