Where is my confirmation email?
If you have placed an order and the funds have left your bank account but you have no email from us, it is most likely due to you using an old email or due to a typo in your email. Please check your other inboxes and if you still don't have it, reach out to us so we can update your email address.
Returns Info
Simply head to our returns portal to create an exchange or return. Please note, sale items and earrings are non returnable.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days, after your return has arrived back to us. Please do not reach out to us to ask for an update on your return unless it arrived back to us more than 5 days prior and you have tracking to show this. You will receive an email when your return has been processed.
